First test match between Bangladesh and England started at Chittagong. Bangladesh won the toss and elected to field first. England openers started up with a flyer. They were 72/1 when the last report came in. England are playing only one spinner while Bangladesh playing with 4 spinners. England is playing 3 fast bowlers. Roqibul Hasan once again showed his batting exhibition against England in 3 day practice match at Chittagong. He was unbeaten on 50 runs at the end of Day 2. Mohammad Ashraful was unbeaten on 13 along with Roqibul Hasan. Earlier, England declared their first innings on 281/7. Bangladeshi bowlers were able to pick up English wickets in regular interval.
